At the heart of Joy and Jerry Pickles’ business is a simple promise: “Always put your clients’ best interests first.” It’s this philosophy that has guided their careers and earned them the trust of buyers and sellers across Surprise and the greater West Valley active adult communities.

Joy, a former school secretary, has been a full-time REALTOR® for more than 22 years, with a deep specialization in Arizona Traditions where she and Jerry are longtime residents. Known by her clients as more than a salesperson, offering guidance, knowledge, and steady support from the first conversation through closing and beyond.
 
Jerry, her husband and best friend, is an associate broker and REALTOR® with over 25 years of experience. A proud retired Marine, Jerry combines discipline and negotiation skills with years of brokerage management and transaction expertise. Together, Joy and Jerry bring a rare combination of professionalism, local market mastery, and genuine care for their clients’ goals.
